Reservation/Cancellation Policy
A two night advance deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance rental amount in addition to a $300 refundable security deposit is due upon arrival.

Advance deposits are refundable less a $25 dollar handling charge if cancellation is made at least 15 days prior to arrival for stays of less than 5 nights, or 30 days prior to arrival for stays of 5 nights or longer. Cancellations made after these times will result in forfeiture of the entire advance deposit.

Advance deposit refunds will be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation. Security deposit refunds less amounts for any damages other than normal "wear and tear" will be made within 30 days following departure.

Guests are responsible for the entire reserved stay and will be charged for late arrivals, early departures, and late checkouts.
